Prudencio Tomines Jr.
Director- Client Services
With over 10 years of experience as Special Education Teacher and Behaviour Specialist, Prudencio holds two Master’s Degree- Special Education and Speech-Language Pathology. Dedicated to continuous learning, he has also earned several graduate diplomas in School and Leadership Management (SLM), Gifted and Talented Education(GATE) and Applied Behaviour Analysis(ABA). He is passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
Rhea May Almacin- Tomines
Director – Administration
Rhea holds two Master’s Degree, one in Special Education (SPED) and the other in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP). She is responsible for all administrative matters of the company. Rhea specializes in speech therapy for children with diverse needs, focusing on communication strategies that foster independence.
